International Forum for Attracting Foreign Investments to the Oil and Gas Sector of Turkmenistan, held on May 12-13, 2021, was a huge event which brought together more than 400 attendees from 45 countries around the world. With 70 companies and more than 50 speakers, the Forum managed to address all aspects of the oil and gas industry including global trends in energy markets and prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation, role of financial institutions in supporting the global energy agenda, pipeline projects as a driving force for the transition to a low carbon future, investment projects in monetization of hydrocarbons, offshore fields of the Caspian Sea development experience and new investment opportunities. The forum was followed by 22 press representatives and had live coverage in the global network.

More than 500 delegates, representing 200 companies and organizations from 45 countries participated in the forum including Secretary General of the International Energy Forum (IEF), Executive Secretary of ESCAP, President of SOCAR, Executive Director of Global Gas Center, as well as heads of international organizations and leading oil and gas companies.
Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan (CCI) is designed to create an enabling environment for business, assist in the establishment of trade and economic, scientific and technical ties with foreign partners. The International Conference “Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan” will take place in the Conference Hall of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
