The latest updates of the Conference and Exhibition "International Transport and Transit Corridors: Interconnection and Development" include:

More than 700 delegates have already registered to attend the ITCC 2023. Of this, 600 will participate in - person and over 100 will be online. 350 LOIs for the visas have been issued and we expect arrivals starting tonight.

Officially approved hotels by the Organizing Committee include Yildiz, Archabil and Sport. Please make sure you stay only in these three hotels as per the migration service rules of Turkmenistan. In addition, shuttle service between the conference, lunch, and gala dinner venues will be arranged only from these three hotels.

For the convenience of all delegates, the registration of international delegates will take place at Yildiz, Sport and Archabil hotels on Tuesday, May 2, from 10 am till 7pm followed by the pre–conference cocktail reception at 7 pm (Archabil hotel garden). Registration of in-country delegates (Turkmen Private Companies) and expo will take place at the Archabil Hotel.

In this final phase, we are putting all of our efforts into ensuring that:international in-person delegates arrive safely in Ashgabat and pass their PCR tests upon arrival;all delegates send their documents, including Delegate Agreement (signed and paid)all delegates are warmly welcomed at their hotelsinfo desks with our team members will be arranged at the reception of all three hotelsThe latest conference agenda can be downloaded here.
