He graduated from the Turkmen State Institute of Transport and Communications with a degree in mechanical engineering in 1997. He began his career as an aircraft mechanic at the aviation equipment base of the "Akhal" airline company. From 1999 to 2011 was a representative of the Turkmen state service "Turkmenhowayollary" named after Great Saparmurat Turkmenbashi in Abu Dhabi, Bangkok, Beijing, and Frankfurt. In 2011, he was appointed as a Chief Director of the "Turkmenistan" air transport enterprise. From July 2016 to the present, he has been the Chairman of the agency "Turkmenhowyollary" under the Ministry of Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
