Aizhan currently works for USAID's Trade Central Asia Activity and has extensive development experience specific to logistics, trade, cross-border facilitation, economic corridor efficiency. He also has experience of interacting and building relationships between national and regional partners such as chambers of commerce and industry (CCI), export promotion agencies, government bodies responsible for developing trade policy and border control, trade regional business associations and key donors, such as the Asian Development Bank, GIZ, UNDP and the govern-ments of Central Asia, through regular coordination meetings. Aizhan is also Vice Chair of WiLAT Central Asia (As-sociation of Women in Logistics and Transport in Central Asia) and contributes to promoting the professional de-velopment of women, changing the role of women in logistics, developing inclusive leadership and gender diversity in the industry across Central Asia.
