In 1995 he graduated with honors from the Magtymguly Turkmen State University with a degree in physics teacher. From 1995 to 2020, he served in the internal affairs bodies of Turkmenistan. In 2020, he worked as a leading specialist in the law enforcement coordination department of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, then as deputy chairman of the Turkmenavtoulaglary agency. From that year to the present, he has been the chairman of the agency “Turkmenavtoulaglary.
