Graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy with a degree in international law in 2006. In 2008 he received a master’s degree in commercial law from Wuhan University, and in 2009 a master’s degree in administrative law from the M. Ulugbek National University of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From 2008 to 2012 served as head of the international department of the Tashkent Road Institute, from 2009 to 2010. - Researcher at the Center for New Technologies in Logistics “Induation”, Germany. Between 2016 and 2018 worked as a teacher of logistics at Inha University in Tashkent, from 2018 to 2019 - Head of the logistics department at GM Uzbekistan. Since 2019 he has been the head of the Green Line company.
