In 2006 he graduated from Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov” city of Belgorod, Russian Federation. After graduating from the university in 2008, he began working as a chief specialist of the Department of Repair and Logistics, the Ministry of Road Transport of Turkmenistan and a few years later continued his work as a chief specialist of the Department of Automobile and Water Transport, Department of Transport and Communications of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan of the Office of the President of Turkmenistan Department of Business Administration . In 2015, he accepted the post of Deputy Minister of Road Transport of Turkmenistan and continued to work for the benefit of Turkmenistan. Further, in 2018, he took the post of Deputy Chairman of the State Service of Sea and River Transport of Turkmenistan and at the same time as Director of the Turkmenbashi International Sea Port. From 2019 till 2022 was the Deputy Chairman of the Turkmendizderyayollary Agency, the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, and from 2022 he serves as a Chairman of this agency.
