He currently holds the position of Secretary General of the Representative Office of the Royal Institute of Logistics and Transport in Central Asia (CILT Central Asia). In 2006 he graduated from the Almaty University of Continuing Education with a degree in Jurisprudence. In 2014, he received a master’s degree from the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering and in 2021 graduated from the Royal Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK). From 2014 to 2017 worked as Vice President of the Association of Passenger Railway Agencies and Carriers, as well as Deputy General Director for the organization of railway transportation of AsTal LLP. In 2011, he worked as the head of the investment projects department of AsTal LLP. From 2008 to 2010 was a leading legal adviser in the regional branch «Yuzhny», JSC «Passenger Transportation».
