Director of the Turkmenbashi International Seaport
He graduated from the Turkmen-Turkish University in 2008 with a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy. He also got a Master’s degree in maritime law and policy from the World Maritime University of the IMO in 2019. From 2012 to 2017, he was a specialist and head of the Legal Department of the State Service for Maritime and River Transport in Turkmenistan. From 2017 to 2018, he was appointed as the Head of the State Administration of Shipping Control in Turkmenistan under the State Service, and from 2018 to 2020, he worked as the head of the International Rules and Conventions Department of the Administration. In 2020–2021, he was the General Director of the «Balkan» shipbuilding and repair open joint stock company, the Specialist in the Legal Department of the «Marine Merchant Fleet» closed joint stock company, and a staff member of the «Turkmedenizderyayollary» agency. From January to August 2021, he worked as the head of the legal department at Turkmenbashi International Seaport. Since August 2021, he has been director of the Turkmenbashi International Seaport. Since 2022, he also works as the deputy chairman of the «Turkmedenizderyayollary» agency.
