In 2007 he successfully graduated from the Turkmen State Institute of Transport and Communication in the field of automation, mechanics and communications, electrical engineering in railway transport. From 2015 to 2017 he was the director of the Railroad Closed Stock Company. In 2017-2018 he was the temporarily Acting Minister of Railways of Turkmenistan. In the period 2018-2019 he was Minister of Rail Transport of Turkmenistan. In 2019-2020 he became the Chairman of the Agency of the Turkmen Railways of the Ministry of Industry and Communications of Turkmenistan. From 2020 to the present, he has been the Chairman of the Turkmen Railways Agency.
