Founder and CEO of MaxFlight In 2015, he graduated from the Moscow State University of Management, Law and Innovative Technologies (IGUPIT/ROSNOU), majoring in Civil Law. Earlier, in 2006, he received a bachelor's degree in law from the Moscow Academy of Finance and Law. With more than 20 years of experience in shipping lines and leading international freight forwarding companies such as MSC, K+N and DSV, Maxim Tsarev has gained the necessary experience to open and lead the Russian office of the leader in the field of aviation services Chapman Freeborn in 2021, part of the ASG holding. After the successful launch of the company, Maxim Tsarev bought out the Russian division and in 2022 became the sole founder and CEO of MaxFlight, which provides a full range of services for airlines from consulting and operational support to agency services and supplies.
